We are a reputable and experienced JOCO based Lawn and Landscape Business seeking an experienced Hardscape / Landscape Crew Leader who is willing to grow with us. We are a family run business who cares, not only about the company, but also about the individual.

Job Description:

Looking for a reliable, hard-working individual who doesn’t mind getting their hands dirty, who likes working outside and who takes pride in his or her workmanship. We build patios, walks, outdoor kitchens, and retaining walls; landscape plant knowledge is a plus and basic construction skills are helpful. Individual must be willing to jump into other departments as needed. We are very much a teamwork-oriented company and cooperation amongst departments is a key to our success.

Hours:

Vary depending on the jobs (overtime paid for all hours exceeding 40 per week).

*Typical start time 7:00 am Monday-Friday, occasional Saturday due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. We understand people have a life & family and that is very important to us, as well as providing employees with adequate hours.

Requirements:

• Hardscaping experience (3 years minimum)
• Plant and planting knowledge
• Some experience with blueprints
• Ability to run equipment (Dingo, loader, saws, etc.)
• Ability to pull a trailer, and back it up with no problems (driving test will be performed)
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus, not mandatory), insurable driving record, reliable transportation to & from work.
• Bilingual a plus.
• No smoking on job sites or in trucks
• Snow experience is a plus (4 wheeler, snow blowers, shovels, plow trucks, and operating a salter)

Pay Rate:

To Be Determined based on your experience. Competitive compensation for Hardscape Crew Leaders in greater KC area.

Growing 46-year-old lawn and landscape company is seeking a motivated individual with experience in hardscaping & landscaping. Must have the ability to supervise a crew and/or work independently to complete jobs that include, but are not limited to, hardscape and landscape installations & enhancements, grading, drainage, tree/shrub care, etc.

Position requires a valid driver’s license with an insurable record; must possess or obtain a DOT Medical Examination Certificate prior to starting. CDL a plus, but not required.

Compensation based on experience.

4T Total Lawn, Inc., is a 44-year-old family owned business based in Lenexa, KS. We are looking for team members in our grounds maintenance department. From laborers to crew leaders, for mowing, bed maintenance, manual watering, shrub trimming, etc.

Crew leaders must have valid driver’s license, be insurable, a good communicator and leader; bilingual is a plus.

Applicants must be reliable and able to work as part of a team.

Starting pay is $19.50/hour+, based on experience, with overtime. Paid weekly.
